We are recruiting for an Operational Support Lead to join our Southern operational team. Reporting to the Operations Manager for Europe, based at European Head Office in Crewe supporting Assurant’s Operations across a number of European Vodafone campaigns
Other responsibilities include;
- Provide administrative services for our internal service, finance and IT areas.
- Must be fluent in the Romanian Language
- Support the operations teams to improve performance and quality.
- Give advice to our TPA's on complaint and claim referrals. Managing scheduled tasks to ensure customers are created and cancelled within agreed timescales.
- Manage monthly claim data loads.
- Creation of MI reports
You will have the following skills;
- Experience in a regulated environment.
- Administration and Call Centre experience.
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Romanian
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication with our clients and customers and company partners
